As usual, I received excellent customer service and repair work from Ward Service. I appreciate that I called about some "funny" noises that I was hearing, and was taken seriously, even when the noise (of course) disappeared when I arrived with my car. Jim and his crew checked my car carefully, and found that indeed my brakes needed servicing and that was the source of the noise. Jim also patiently answered my many questions about my car. GREAT SERVICE!!! Jim, Lalo, and Terry at the front desk are extremely friendly and always go above and beyond to help you get the best service possible. They are upfront and honest with you which is hard to come by these days. My vehicle needed work done, but wouldn't be done until later in the day if not the following day. They provided us transportation to wherever we wanted to be dropped off while the car was getting worked on and picked us up. When we found out the vehicle wasn't going to be ready until the following day, they provided us a rental through enterprise.
