Jim and the whole crew are fantastic! They will not try to sell you stuff to get done if you do not need it. Probably one of the last honest places to go to get vehicle work done. Not only do I trust them with fleet vehicles, I also take my personal vehicles there. A + service!

So far, so good. I have only gone to this place for service two times (for my oldToyota Sienna minivan), but both times I was impressed in a number of ways by Ward's. Lalo behind the service desk seems to know me now after the few times I have been there. I don't feel that they overcharge people. They certainly didn't me. They seem to be very honest and very experienced/knowledgeable about mini-vans. I think I am going to make them our regular mechanics for both my van and my wife's Hyundai Sonata.

Jim and the rest of the staff (sorry, I'm really bad with names) were all very nice and helped me out of a bad situation when my car's AC compressor seized up. The repairs took a day to complete and they even cleaned (and it looked like detailing to me) the inside of the car! Many thanks to you all!
