I was impressed with the service I received at Ward Service. The first question Gary asked me was had I verified with the manufacturer whether or not the car was still under any warranty. It wasn't, but he at least alerted me to the fact that I should check first before bringing it in for them to work on. The estimate for the work needed was sizeable, and based on the age/mileage on my car, Gary recommended not putting that amount into the car, but heading down to CarMax (or similar) and looking at putting that money towards something else. No money in that option for him, but based on the ethical and friendly treatment I received, will definitely be recommending Ward to my friends. - Margaret S.
