So far, so good. I have only gone to this place for service two times (for my oldToyota Sienna minivan), but both times I was impressed in a number of ways by Ward's. Lalo behind the service desk seems to know me now after the few times I have been there. I don't feel that they overcharge people. They certainly didn't me. They seem to be very honest and very experienced/knowledgeable about mini-vans. I think I am going to make them our regular mechanics for both my van and my wife's Hyundai Sonata.
