As usual, I received excellent customer service and repair work from Ward Service. I appreciate that I called about some "funny" noises that I was hearing, and was taken seriously, even when the noise (of course) disappeared when I arrived with my car. Jim and his crew checked my car carefully, and found that indeed my brakes needed servicing and that was the source of the noise. Jim also patiently answered my many questions about my car.
