My wife and I have been taking our cars to Ward Service since we moved to Southern California and have received great service for over 20 years now. Back when we drove older cars, Wards kept them safely running and offered good advice when we asked if it was worth it to keep something going or if it was time to get a new car. Now that we have new cars, Wards maintains them well and keeps an eye out for problems. When Ward's says something needs to be done, I completely trust that it's necessary and will be done at a fair price.
Look, I'm sure you can find a cheaper auto shop, but when you consider the quality of work, the friendly and accommodating staff, and peace of mind knowing your car was serviced correctly; Wards Service is a very good deal. -Robert O.

I have owned several cars over the years and once the warranty is up Ward's is the only place I will go. As a single woman it's important that I can trust my mechanic. Ward Service just saved my day last week. I had a trunk full of stuff just begging to be released. The emergency blanket I always carry accidentally got pushed into the locking mechanism and no matter how hard I pushed, pulled or yanked I could not get it open. I went over to Ward's to see if they could help me out and within minutes they had it open! Ward Service saved the day again! -Bridget F.

Thanks guys for keeping my car on the road! I have a 67 GTO convertible which they put new exhaust manifolds on. I have also taken my 66 Ambassador convertible which Carl has tuned to perfection several times. And my lovely Focus SVT which Jim hates because the clutch was a major pain for him and majorly expensive for me. Finding a shop that will even work on these type of vehicles is a challenge. Ward Service does not provide cheap service, but to this day they've done a good job for me. -J.C.

I have been bringing my cars to Ward service for over 10 years. The owner, Jim, is so friendly and nice. I have had great customer service over the years, they are like a family because they are good about remembering my name before I even tell them and asking how my husband and kids are doing. Even more than that, they are honest. They make it a point to tell me when things are still under warranty and if I should take it to the dealer to be fixed. They let me know if I need to have something done right away or if I can wait until next time if my finances are tight. They have recommended body shops or tire shops when I needed them. They are good about finish ing their work as promised in a timely manner and will call me to give me an update on what is happening. We only bring our cars to Ward service. -Grace D.
