Ward's took excellent care of my wife's Nissan for the full 25 years of its lifetime (including 12+ with previous owner of the car). Often the technicians would give suggestions like "this part is getting old, but it does not need to be replaced yet." They never suggested any unreasonable repairs. Eventually, there was a lot of work that needed to be done, and suggested it might be time to retire the car.

Another story: When I brought my old Dodge in with a leaking power steering, they said how much it would cost at their shop, and recommended that I go to a place that would put in a used part, instead.
