Let me tell you why I love Ward Service.  I live in Pasadena and Ward's is in Monrovia.  If I have an issue with my car at home, they will drive from the shop to my house to tow the car back to Monrovia. One time I called them because my car wouldn't start and to let them know I had placed the keys under the floor mat. They drove from Monrovia to my house in Pasadena to get my car back to the auto shop. Not only did the technicians fix the problem, they also dropped the car back off at my house for no extra charge.  Now tell me another shop that has that type of good service.  I have been a customer for a long time and completely trust Ward's with all my car needs. -Sarah A.
