I have been going to Ward's for 20 + years and wholeheartedly recommend them for all your automotive needs. They have always gone the extra mile for me, and I mean that in the literal sense. A few years ago, my SUV broke down on me in at a soccer practice in Chino Hills. It was around 5:30pm, so I figured I'd give Jim Ward a call for advice before they closed. I explained the issue to Jim hoping for a little advice...instead of giving me some instructions over the phone, Jim drove through rush hour traffic to my location and made a few tweaks to my SUV to get it running again. He knew I had girls I was transporting back to Monrovia and didn't want us stranded in Chino Hills. Jim and his crew are class acts...I wouldn't go anywhere else. - Danny R.
