I've been coming to Ward's since I was in high school, and they've done a great job with all three cars I've owned in the last 25 years. Today is a great example of why I go to Ward's for everything.I only needed an oil change and debated about going to jiffy lube instead, but ended up deciding to go to Ward's. While there, they did their usual inspection and found that I had a nail in my tire. So thankful that I was recommended here. My car started making weird noises while driving it. I didn't know what to do as I needed to get to work, but I got a recommendation from a fellow teacher to take it here. They dropped me off for free where I needed to go after, were very quick about checking the problem, and gave me a free inspection. What stood out the most was their honesty, which is rare to find nowadays. They told me my catalytic converter was cut partway as if someone tried to steal it. To replace the entire thing is expensive, but they drove it to a muffler shop for me where it was welded shut for $33! They gave me no extra charge than the welding cost and Jim, the owner, picked me up the next day from work himself since all the shop drivers were out.
