Great service as always, Lalo was consistent, from the initial call for with questions and concerns about my vehicle to the day the it's service was finished! Larry, the shuttle service driver, was also great because the guys at Ward's goes above and beyond to accommodate their customer's to create a seamless experience during sometimes inconvenient situations.
