I have been taking mine and my wife's car to Ward Service for several years. In the past I had the same problem most of us have had; we don't mind paying a fair price for good work, but hate the feeling that you may be getting ripped off. At Ward's that is the last thing on my mind. Their work has been consistently 5 stars every time. I wont go elsewhere because I trust them implicitly.

I am also a business owner, and as such I tend to be very picky about whom I recommend, and there are few whom I would recommend without hesitation to my family and friends, please know Ward Service Auto Repair is one of those few who gets my endorsement. They have a sign that says, "The most inexpensive job is the one done right the first time." I think we have all gone with the cheaper price and then had to pay more for someone to fix the mistakes. I have been using Ward Auto Service for a few years and have never once been dissatisfied or felt cheated. My most memorable experience was when I had a leak coming from the air conditioner in my car. They repaired a hose and did a few minor things and sent me home. The next morning I saw the leak was still there. I called and they came and picked up my vehicle and told me that there was a crack in my radiator. They replaced it for free since they were not sure if it was there the day they fixed it or if it was new. They felt responsible for not seeing it when they repaired the hose. They delivered my car back to me free of charge and ever since then I have been a loyal customer. I highly recommend their service to anyone who asks. Thank you so much for your unsurpassed service! Terry took wonderful care of us at a really critical time for us. As we were leaving on a vacation, we got an alert that something was wrong with our tire. Terry and Lalo looked at it immediately and and sent us to Huntington Tire to fix the problem. Terry even went the extra mile to call ahead and let them know we were coming and in a hurry. We got to Huntington and they were already waiting for us. They repaired the tire in minutes and then apologized for taking so long! And the cost? They said any friend of Wards equals "no charge."
