According to recent studies, 5% of all motor vehicle fatalities are clearly caused by automobile maintenance neglect. If you follow simple and inexpensive preventive checks it will greatly extend the life of your vehicle.

  • Check your owner's manual, but the standard has the oil filter changed  - every 3,000 to 4,000 miles.
  • Fluids checked, including brake, power steering, transmission/transaxle, windshield washer solvent, and antifreeze every service visit.
  • Check tire inflation and tread monthly. Under-inflated tires can result in a loss of fuel efficiency.
  • Keep your engine tuned. A fouled spark plug or plugged/restricted fuel injector can reduce fuel efficiency by as much as 30 percent.
  • Check battery cables and posts for corrosion and clean them as needed. The battery fluid unless it is a maintenance-free battery.
  • Check your lights frequently - don't assume they will work.
  • Check windshield washer blades and fluid.  Replace them annually. 
  • The air filtration system checked frequently and the air filter checked every other oil change.

Benefit Limit  The Program benefit is limited to the reimbursement of two (2) roadside assistance incidents for any covered services per Coverage Period per Covered Vehicle, up to a maximum eligible reimbursement amount of seventy-five ($75.00) dollars per disablement (the "Benefit Limit").

The roadside assistance administration will schedule the dispatch. The service provider requires the use of a credit card to arrange for dispatch. How to Receive Reimbursement for Services  Documents and claim form (a receipt of roadside assistance services and original repair invoice) may be sent by fax to 866-924-3668, by email to mechclaims@sonsio.com, or by postal mail to TECH-NET Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659, Golden, CO 80402.

Contact the Worry-free Driving Warranty Administrator toll-free at (866) 588-0728 and select option 1 for warranty service when outside a 25 mile /40-kilometer radius from the original servicing location and in need of repair service.
