What can I say about Ward Service Auto Repair? There are not enough words in the English language to describe how fantastic the team at Ward Auto is! It starts from Jim Ward and works its way down the line. On many occasions my car has broken down and I have always been able to rely on Jim to help me out. In fact, when time allows, Jim has come out to my house to see if he can fix my car every now and then. Melanie and Shawn in the office are great to work with too. We've been taking our cars to Wards since we moved to Southern California in 1991. We are VERY happy with how we are treated. When the old Audi kept breaking down, they recommend which repairs were needed right away and which were unnecessary.
